The Irish Shows Association & Roscommon Show Society present the Roscommon Irish Draught Yearling Filly Championship, part of the Horse Sport Ireland National showing championship series.

Prize Fund: €1,500. Entry fee to qualifying show: €10; to final: €20.
Rules & Conditions
1. Entries are confined to Irish Draught Yearling Fillies, the Progeny of a Class 1 (RID) Irish Draught Mare or grade up register (AID) Irish Draught Mare and by a class 1 (RID) Irish Draught Stallion foals.
2. Each entry must have her ID passport available for checking by the ISA representative, both at the qualifying Show and at the final to confirm that she is eligible to compete.
3. One animal in each qualifying class from may be selected to compete in the final if the judges and the I.S.A. agree the standard is high enough.
4. One of the judges at the qualifying show must be from the I.D.H.S. list..
5. Exhibitors to both the qualifier and the final must have the Fillies I.D. cert ready for inspection prior to entry to the judging ring; failure to comply with this rule will lead to immediate disqualification.
6. Animals qualified for Final are not eligible to enter any other class at the Show.
7. Those rules should be read in conjunction with the general I.S.A. rules
Prizes: 1st Champion – €500, 2nd – €300, 3rd – €200, 4th – €150, 5th – €125, 6th – €100, 7th to end Horse Sport Ireland will provide premiums of €50.
A prize will be presented for a combination of Best Turned Out Animal and Most Suitably Dressed Handler.

Oughterard Show – Western Region Irish Draught Foal Championship 2011
Prize Fund: €1,000
Rules & Conditions
1. This Championship is confined to Irish Draught Foals, the progeny of a registered Irish Draught mare and a registered Irish Draught Stallion.
2. The competition is open to either colt or foals.
3. One qualifier per show or two qualifiers at the judge’s discretion.
4. On completion of judging, stewards must inform the successful competitor to visit the secretary’s office at the qualifying show within one hour and complete the necessary arrangements for entry to the final.
5. Show secretaries must forward completed result cards, together with appropriate fee to the Oughterard show secretary within 3 days of holding the qualifying class.
6. Winners of qualifiers are themselves responsible for entering their qualifier (or exhibit) for the final, within one hour after the time of qualifying.
7. Passports and progeny cards will be checked at the final.
8. The Oughetard Show in consultation with the sponsor reserve the right to amend the rules as may be necessary.

1. Entries are confined to Class 1 (R.I.D) Irish Draught Mares with an Irish Draught Foal at foot, to be judged as a unit.
2. Only foals by approved stallions qualify.
3. One Mare and Foal may qualify from each show.
4. Passports must be produced at qualifying show and at Final.
5. Name of Sire of Foal must be given at Qualifying Show and at Final.
6. Foals must be led at all times.
7. One of the Judges at the Qualifying Show must be from the I.D.H Judges list.
8. Animals qualified for Final are not eligible to enter any other class at Mohill Show other than qualifying classes for other Finals.
9. These rules should be read in conjunction with the general I.S.A. rules.
Entry fee to qualifying show: €10; to final: €20.

Rules & Conditions
1. Entries confined to class 1 and class 2 Irish Draught mares with foal at foot by an approved Irish Draught Stallion, judged as a unit 50/50 confined to breeders from the Galway region.
2. Two mares will be selected from each qualifier, a third maybe selected if the standard is high enough.
3. Passports must be produced at qualifying show and the final. All qualifying horses must have passport details. Foals must be led at all times.
4. Entry fee to final to be paid at qualifying show. Qualifying Rosettes will be presented to finalists present at the final.
5. Entry Fee: Qualifier €10; Final: Members €15; Non members €25
6. Prize Fund: 1st €300 Voucher & Cooler Rug, 2nd €250 & Voucher, 3rd €200 and voucher, 4th €150 & Voucher, 5th €100 & voucher, 6th €75 & voucher. All other finalists present at Final €40 & Hats and T-Shirts.
